Hi.

As a professional organizer, I help individuals and businesses create systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce clutter and chaos. I use a variety of techniques, including time management, space planning, and organizing strategies, to create a more functional and efficient environment for my clients.

I Test Run My Table Setting Before an Event

I have always loved hosting events.  I love having everyone over our house and planning all the details.  Everyone always asks me what my trick is to always being so organized and detailed.  My trick is simple, I PLAN.  I plan everything out in advance.  I first choose a color theme and location.  Sometimes, I plan the decor around the food I am serving.  With this Easter table, I knew I wanted  to incorporate blue, white, and pink.  I knew I wanted to use the patio table and not the dining table cause the weather was going to be nice.  This table is actually more than 30 years old.  It was past down from my husband's grandparents and holds a very special place in our hearts. I went to Pier1, (which I had not gone to in a while) and found those adorable bunnies.  My mother-in-law is always finding the cutest things from there.   I created a 360 centerpiece because I had to work around the umbrella pole!  I added lanterns I had bought from Amazon, and flowers which I found at Trader Joes.    I started by setting the placemats, napkins, and glasses.  Once all that was set up, I was able to tell how much space I had for the lanterns, flowers, and bunnies.  It is all about organizing your table setting in a way that everyone feels they have the best seat at the table.

Happy Organizing!
