When organizing a pantry it is important to use basket and jars. Jars are important because they lock in freshness and baskets contain the mess. I recently found these baskets at Target. I use these particular baskets for several reasons. They are reasonably priced, they are easy to clean, and they come in several sizes. It is important to buy baskets that can be easily wiped clean because after all it's a pantry and things are going to happen.
